Job summary

Riverview Regional Medical Center, LLC in Gadsden, AL seeks an ICU Registered Nurse to provide intensive care for life-threatening conditions. The ICU RN will monitor vital signs, administer meds and fluids, and coordinate with the care team. Nights shift; full-time with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Per diem options available as needed. Required: current RN license, BLS, ACLS within 30 days, and at least one year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year as RN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients with comprehensive assessments and care plans.
• Monitor patients using cardiac monitors, pulse oximeters, and other devices to ensure stability.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products with precise dosing and timing.
• Manage life-support equipment such as ventilators and dialysis machines as needed.
• Educate families and coordinate with the medical team to adjust care plans.
