Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU on day shifts in Alabama. The nurse will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while supporting unit goals and nursing leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising other licensed and non-licensed staff and ensuring coverage across shifts, including weekends and holidays. Alabama RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Alabama.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to function in stressful situations and supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for assigned units and patient population.
• Lead and supervise licensed and non-licensed nursing staff.
• Ensure coverage including weekends and holidays to maintain appropriate nursing care.
