Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a critical care environment with patient safety and evidence-based practice.
• Assess and evaluate care for an assigned group, collaborating with patient and family on a care plan.
• Communicate pertinent information to the team promptly and keep the patient/family updated.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes according to standards and policies.
• Assume responsibility for care delivered and documented by all team members as appropriate.
