Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Full-Time Night shifts in the Network Float Pool. This position supports three or more campuses with night rotations and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for new hires.

Minimum ICU experience (2 years) and at least 1 year in float positions are required. You'll provide patient-centered care guided by ANA standards and ethics, document patient history, administer medications, manage IVs, and contribute to care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience for float nurse positions.
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and ethics.
• Document patient history, perform diagnostics, administer medications and IVs.
• Develop and contribute to care plans; teach patients and families.
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and nursing aides and delegate tasks.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
