Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for the ICU PRN Nights in the Network Float Pool, floating to 3+ hospitals in the Phoenix area. The role requires a minimum of 2 years ICU experience and current RN licensure. BSN preferred, ADN or Diploma acceptable with BSN within 60 months or 10 years RN experience.

Excellent clinical skills and patient advocacy are a must. The RN will provide direct patient care, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of ICU experience.
• RN license in good standing required.
• BSN preferred; ADN or Diploma acceptable with BSN within 60 months or 10 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Record patient histories and symptoms, assist with diagnostics and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines with careful dosage checks.
• Provide patient and family education on care, post-treatment needs, and home care.
