Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an RN for the Network Float Pool across multiple Phoenix campuses. The role requires at least 2 years of IR experience and involves floats to 3+ campuses with flexible/open scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in IR required.
• RN practice guided by the ANA Standard for Professional Nurse and Code of Ethics.
• Must be able to administer medications and manage IV lines per protocol.

Responsibilities

• Records patients' medical history and symptoms, helps perform diagnostic tests and analyzes results.
• Operates medical equipment, administers treatment and medications, and assists with patient follow-up and rehabilitation.
• Develops care plans or contributes to existing plans, including IV therapy, medication management and education of patients and families.
• Precepts staff and students and seeks to continuously improve patient outcomes and the work environment.
• Utilizes Shared Governance model for decision-making in nursing practice.
