Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. seeks an experienced ICURN for a Float Pool position at a Level I trauma teaching hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Requires 2+ years ICU experience and AZ or Compact RN license; BLS/ACLS required.

This role involves 12-hour night shifts (7PM-7:30AM), weekends, and holiday coverage with no on-call. You will float across ICU towers, work with Cerner EMR, and manage critical drips and ventilators. Travel reimbursement and housing support provided.

Qualifications

• Active AZ or Compact RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; NIHSS preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Level I trauma center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Float among ICU areas within a Level I trauma teaching hospital.
• Maintain 12-hour night shifts 7PM–7:30AM with 4 weekend shifts per 4 weeks.
• Use Cerner EMR and read telemetry strips; monitor critical drips and vents.
• Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam and sterile technique tests.
• Receive shift assignments via GroupMe or call; clock in per unit.
