Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for its Network Float Pool, floating between multiple Phoenix-area locations. The role requires 2+ years in ICU, strong nursing skills, and the ability to travel between sites.

You will follow ANA standards, contribute to care plans, and support patient families with education and guidance. A BSN or progress toward one is required within defined timelines, with a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in ICU setting.
• Arizona nursing license required; BSN within 60 months or ADN/diploma with 5+ years RN experience.
• BLS certification required; national certification preferred for unit specialty.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and policy.
• Develop and update patient care plans; monitor and document progress.
• Perform IV therapy, monitor equipment, and manage patient safety.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and home care needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
