Qualifications

• RN license current in Arizona or compact state
• 2 years RN ICU experience required
• Float pool experience across multiple units preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and develop care plans
• Administer medications and monitor IV lines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care
• Document nursing care and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up
