Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Regional Float Nurse to support ICU departments at multiple facilities. This full-time role requires a graduate of an RN program with active licensure in Nebraska or Iowa, along with 2 years of ICU experience. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting patient care, and following the nursing process. The position offers a competitive pay range of $36.00 - $52.20 per hour, along with bonuses for sign-on and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program.
• Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska or Iowa.
• Basic life support certification required upon hire.
• ACLS certification required within 5 months of hire.
• Ability to float to multiple locations as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process including assessment and planning.
• Collect and analyze healthcare consumer data systematically.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• Document all patient care thoroughly.
• Adhere to Physician orders.
