CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at St. Luke's Health–Sugar Land Hospital in Texas. The RN will deliver compassionate, high-quality care, perform assessments, and implement care plans within an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

The role requires an active TX RN license, at least 1 year of experience, and CPR/BLS within 14 days of hire. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and patient safety is a priority in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year RN experience.
• Active RN license in TX.
• BLS/CPR within 14 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver individualized care.
• Develop and document plans of care, educate patients and families.
• Implement treatments, medications, and procedures as ordered.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the team.
