Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing.
• At least one year of RN experience at hire.
• Registered Nurse: TX license at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 14 days.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 6 months.
• Stable Program within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition; provide nursing care.
• Planning: design and document the plan of care and discharge needs.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and report significant changes.
• Evaluation: reassess patients and modify care as needed.
• Report Skills: bedside shift reports for continuity of care.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe environment and report hazards.
