Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Medical ICU in Naperville, IL. This full-time position offers a 7:00am–7:30pm day shift with rotating weekends and holidays, totaling 36 hours per week.

Required: minimum 3 years of RN critical care experience, an Associate Degree or higher in Nursing, Illinois RN license, BLS, ACLS within six months of start date. Benefits include premium pay and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of RN critical care experience.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing. If Associate Degree is the highest degree held, must graduate with a BSN within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, and delegates tasks as part of the care team.
