Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a qualified RN for ICU in Chicago, IL. This full-time position offers a night shift (7pm-7:30am) with every other weekend and rotating holidays.

You will apply the nursing process, maintain competency, mentor colleagues, and ensure safe, effective patient care while complying with licensure and certification requirements. Training for ACLS/NIHSS and related credentials is expected.

Qualifications

• Prefers at least one year of experience as a staff nurse.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
• Communicates effectively and is able to guide and supervise nursing personnel.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
• American Heart Association CPR Certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification and NIHSS within 3 months of hire.
• PALS, NRP may be required within six months depending on the unit requirements.
