Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a dedicated RN for the ICU to provide comprehensive nursing care during a 7pm–7:30am shift. The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and rotating holidays required.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of staff nurse experience, IL licensure, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS within 3 months. PALS/NRP may be required depending on unit needs. Excellent benefits, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and hold Illinois nursing licensure.
• At least one year of experience as a staff nurse.
• Current CPR; ACLS and NIHSS within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist and implement nursing care using the nursing process.
• Maintain competency to current standards of practice.
• Guide and supervise nursing personnel; ensure patient safety and documentation.
