Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado, is seeking an ICU RN to join our team on a full-time Day shift. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer meds, and educate patients and families.

Requirements include Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), RN license, BLS, 1 year ICU experience. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, plus benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year ICU experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
