• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and reports changes.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR/Code activities.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
• Maintains infection control practices and safety standards.
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record.
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with policies.
