Lee's Summit Medical Center in Lincoln, NE is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (ICU) to oversee patient care and unit operations during the shift, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered outcomes in collaboration with the management team.

The CNC directs and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource, and models the organization’s values to support exceptional patient experience and clinical outcomes across the ICU.

Qualificações

• RN must be licensed and active.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required within specified timeframes.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse)

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care in the unit.
• Collaborates with management to create teamwork that improves outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Manages staff scheduling and adheres to productivity guidelines.
• Assists with inventory control and supplies management.
