Job summary

Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit on the night shift. This is a full-time position with a supportive leadership team and Nursing Assistants to assist.

You will be accountable for the nursing process, provide direct patient care, delegate tasks, supervise other staff, coordinate plans of care, and collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of applicable nursing experience in acute/ICU settings.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Registered Nurse license (RN) active in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the nursing process and patient care.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
• Coordinate plan of care and consult with health care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Perform assessments and participate in rounds with intensivists and NP team.
