Leadership and coordination skills are essential. The role emphasizes staff development, interviewing and training, scheduling, and inventory management, with a focus on a patient-first philosophy and service

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• ACLS and BLS to be obtained within 30 days of start
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher

Responsibilities

• Oversee admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput.
• Coordinate nursing care and supervise staff during the shift.
• Collaborate with management to improve outcomes and service delivery.
• Lead staff scheduling and training to ensure productivity and quality care.
