Mission Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator PCU to lead patient-centered care on the unit and coordinate nursing functions in partnership with the management team.

The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports a superior patient experience, while coordinating admissions, discharges and staff scheduling. The role emphasizes coaching and leadership to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• 1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
