Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an experienced RN for ICU/Neuro ICU travel assignment in California. Night shift, 12 hours per day, 3 days per week. 2 years of ICU experience required with neuro, cardiovascular and trauma exposure.

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications are required; on-call is not specified. Local travelers accepted; float to PCU and ICU overflow. Assignment starts 11/09/2026 for 26 weeks at an acute care Magnet facility, with Epic charting and free parking.

Qualifications

• 2 years of ICU experience required
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required (LA Fire Card preferred)
• Trauma Level II experience required, Level II Trauma Center knowledge
• Experience with neuro, cardiovascular, multi-trauma and stroke care is essential

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU/PCU care on night shift in a high-acuity setting
• Manage IV lines, arterial and central lines and PICC lines
• Administer blood products and chemotherapy support as applicable
• Monitor ventilated patients and manage ABGs, suctioning, and ventilator settings
• Respond to rapid changes in patient condition and participate in 12-lead ECG interpretation
