Job summary

Talentburst, Inc. is seeking an ED RN for a night shift in a high-acuity, high-volume Emergency Department. The role requires stroke care experience, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS/PALS certifications, and EPIC EMR proficiency. 1.5 years in the specialty is a hard stop; weekend availability is required.

Position is onsite with a 13-week contract; travel not specified. Strong clinical skills, rapid assessment, and teamwork are essential to support a Magnet-designated facility.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license and California credentials.
• Stroke experience in ED is a hard requirement.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred; strong critical care skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Night shifts: 12 hours, 3 days per week in ED.
• Care for high acuity, high volume adult patients with geriatric mix.
• Must be able to work weekends and meet unit needs.

Case Load: All ages (primarily Geriatric and Adult; 10% peds pts - will transport to CHOC), resp, stroke, abdominal pain, cardiac, sepsis
