Responsabilités

• Provides Customer Service: complete patient care, documentation, and education.
• Administers quality patient care: assess patients, perform therapy, ventilator management, and arterial blood gas sampling.
• Collaborates with the health care team in planning patient care and verifies orders.
• Promotes patient safety and adherence to electronic orders and charting.
• Educates patients, families, and mentors staff; participates in education of new employees.
