Qualifications

• Good customer relation, assessment, and communication skills are a must for this job.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care in critical care areas with ventilator management and independent decision-making.
• Administers aerosolized medications and therapies as ordered.
• Performs ventilator management, weaning, and arterial blood gas sampling/analysis.
• Educates patients and mentors/new employees and peers.
• Promotes patient safety and high-quality care with accurate documentation and orders.
• Participates in education of new staff and students.
