• Provides patient care in critical care areas with protocol ventilator management.
• Administers medications and respiratory therapies per orders.
• Performs arterial blood gas sampling & analysis.
• Educates patients and mentors new staff and students.
• Ensures patient safety, charting accuracy, and quality care.
• Collaborates with health care team to plan patient care.
• Supports invasive and non-invasive procedures as appropriate.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and performance improvement.
• Maintains a supportive environment for staff and learners.
• Complies with Wellstar policies and code of conduct.
