Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU (MICU, Neuro ICU) cross-trained to CVICU. Schedule is Full-Time Nights, 7p–7:30a, with a compensation range of $35.70–$54.11 per hour and a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

The role focuses on safe patient care, hemodynamic monitoring, and collaboration with the medical team. Qualifications include a current state RN license, BLS and ACLS on hire, with CC RN and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certificate at hire; maintain.
• ACLS certificate on hire; maintain.
• Critical care knowledge and experience preferred.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians on patient condition changes and interventions.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate care with the nursing team.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality and document care accordingly.
