Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Ohio seeks a Clinical Nurse II to lead a Care Delivery Team and direct nursing care for a group of patients. The CN II demonstrates clinical competence, leadership, and coordinates the nursing care of a specific group of patients.

Precepts new employees as assigned. This full-time role requires Ohio RN licensure, completion of orientation, and ongoing CE hours including Fire Safety and CPR re-certification; ACLS is required.

Qualifications

• Ohio RN licensure and nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of orientation and probationary period.
• Must maintain 12 contact hours of CE annually including Fire Safety and CPR Re-certification; ACLS required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct care for a patient group and lead a Care Delivery Team.
• Coordinate nursing care across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Precept and mentor new staff as assigned.
