Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience (required).
• 1 year in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Dept preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Synthesize information and act with clinical judgement in rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Administer medications safely per policies.
• Support a safe and therapeutic environment.
