Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in state of practice is required for new hires.
• 1 year of medical clerical experience; preferably in hospital or physician office setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living and basic hygiene; support mobility and nutrition.
• Collect patient data including vital signs and intake/output; document in EMR.
• Communicate changes in patient status to licensed professionals and coordinate care.
• Perform receptionist/clerical duties to support department operations and communication.
