Job Summary

Seeking a Critical Care Nursing Director to lead and oversee the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Cardiac Specialty Unit (CSU), and Dialysis. This position is responsible for the clinical, operational, and financial performance of the units. Responsibilities include executing strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality, safety, and service standards. The Director also supports leadership development, nursing practice, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to managers and frontline staff.
• Manage performance and results of multiple teams.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and operationalize them.
• Communicate priorities, monitor progress, and make adjustments.

• Attend and facilitate meetings.

• Oversee quality improvement and policy development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school.

• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• CPI certification within six months of hire.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional languages preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
