Director of Nursing - Acute Care needed for a general acute care hospital in North Texas.
The Director of Nursing will serve as part of the nursing leadership team, with knowledge of industry standards, The Joint Commission, Medicare, OSHA, and other regulatory standards relevant to the area of responsibility. Knowledge of continuous improvement, change management, and emergency preparedness is essential.
Candidates must have at least 6+ years of experience as a Director or Assistant Director of Nursing. The role involves working closely with the CNO and other team members, overseeing 60+ FTEs.
