NorthShore University HealthSystem seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator for the ICU at Edward Hospital in Naperville. This part-time, 0.3 FTE role blends direct patient care with staff education, coaching and bedside teaching.

Current professional nursing licensure and relevant ICU experience.
Strong education, coaching and evidence-based practice capabilities.

Aufgaben

Provide direct patient care as needed while leading education.
Serve as clinical resource and mentor for staff in ICU.
Develop, coach and facilitate bedside education and just-in-time learning.
Partner with unit leadership to assess education needs and plan curricula.
Lead onboarding and competency activities; support safety and quality goals.
