Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL, is seeking a part-time Clinical Educator - NICU. The NICU Nurse Educator, a registered professional nurse, will lead clinical education initiatives and quality activities to improve patient care and align with organizational goals.

The role requires IL RN licensure, a Master’s degree, and 3–5 years NICU experience. BLS through AHA is required; PALS/NRP are preferred. Days – first shift, with flexibility to meet department needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Illinois (IL).
• Master’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of NICU experience.
• BLS through AHA required.
• PALS and NRP preferred.
