Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families across acute care settings. The RN is accountable for nursing practice per Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks accordingly.

The role requires assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork in a 24/7 ICU environment.

Night shift, 36 hours weekly, in Intensive Care Unit 1; BSN preferred within 5 years; BLS required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - perform initial and ongoing health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluate responses and revise care plans.
• Leadership - participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations - contribute to daily unit operations and patient care.
