Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced RN to provide general nursing care in a diverse, 24/7 ICU setting. The RN will be responsible for assessments, planning, and execution of care, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role is based in the Intensive Care Unit, with night shift scheduling and a 36-hour workweek. BSN is expected within five years, and current Ohio RN licensure with BLS certification are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact RN license.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN must be obtained within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and document patient health status and care needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to revise care plans as needed.
