Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and adjusts care accordingly.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvements to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Operations - Manages unit operations and supports patient care delivery.
