Job summary

Expect 36 hours per week with a variable shift. Requires an Associate’s Degree, RN licensure in Ohio, and ACLS/BLS certification to ensure high-quality critical care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (Required).
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises care plan as needed (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality, satisfaction, and performance (10%).
• Operations - Performs other duties as required with focus on safety and efficiency.
