Job summary

SOUTHEASTERN MEDICAL CENTER is seeking an ICU/Intermediate Staff RN for the night shift. The role provides general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7 environment, under Ohio Nursing Board standards, with delegation to LPNs and UAPs as appropriate.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and reevaluation of care, plus active participation in process improvements for quality, safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Identify outcomes and document planned interventions.
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary care teams to improve quality and safety.
