Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Ohio and in good standing; multi-state license acceptable
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
• BSN preferred after 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care across acute care settings
• Perform ongoing health status assessments and plan care
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs and ensure adherence to standards
• Participate in process improvement to enhance care quality and efficiency
• Work in a 24/7/365 department with a focus on safety and teamwork
