This assignment lasts approximately 12 weeks with potential for extension based on staffing needs. Compensation is $57.50 per hour, with eligibility requirements including RN licensure, BLS, and ICU experience

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate.
• Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital; critical care preferred.
• Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in the ICU.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition and test results.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
