Job summary

Banner University Medical Center-Phoenix is seeking an experienced ICU RN for night shifts. The role involves caring for a medically diverse ICU population, including high-risk obstetrics and complex cases, with advanced therapies and ECMO program experience where applicable.

You will participate in the Nursing Clinical Ladder, utilize self-scheduling tools, and contribute to excellent patient outcomes in a Magnet-designated center.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized nursing care.
• Implement and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document care plans, treatments and patient responses in the medical record.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed, including family teaching.
