Job summary

Banner Health's Neuro ICU in Phoenix seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-level neuroscience care in a teaching hospital. You will work with Neuro ICU physicians and a multidisciplinary team, participate in clinical ladder, and support ongoing education and certification.

This role offers day and night shifts with competitive benefits, sign-on bonuses up to 15,000 for ICU experienced RNs, and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• One year of acute care hospital experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psycho-social, and discharge planning.
• Develop and revise plans of care with input from patient and family.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities per physician orders and policy.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust teaching and care as needed.
• Document care and patient responses in the medical record.
• Contribute to nursing quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
