Job summary

Banner Health in Sun City, AZ seeks an RN for ICU/CVICU with night shifts. The role provides care in medical, surgical and cardiovascular ICU units, including complex cardiovascular patients and post-surgical care.

You will work in a collaborative team, with a focus on patient safety, continuous improvement and family-centered care. The position requires current RN licensure, BLS, and ICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with active license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in ICU or CVICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Develop and revise plans of care with input from team.
• Coordinate care and supervise activities of healthcare staff.
• Communicate status to physicians, patients and families.
• Document care accurately in patient records.
• Participate in professional development and unit leadership.
