Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.
• Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions require at least one year of acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized nursing care.
• Implement care and coordinate with the health care team.
• Document assessments, plans, and outcomes accurately.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise staff and maintain quality nursing care.
• Participate in professional development and quality improvement.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and other clinicians.
• Contribute to patient safety and positive outcomes.
