Qualifications
- Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
- BLS certification is required.
- Experience in acute care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and plan individualized nursing care.
- Implement care and coordinate with the health care team.
- Document care accurately and communicate patient status.
- Evaluate outcomes and revise plans as needed.
- Mentor staff and contribute to unit improvement.
