Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Night Shift ICU Registered Nurse in Queen Creek, AZ. You will work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with self-scheduling for weekends and an 18% night differential plus a $3/hour weekend differential when applicable.

The ICU focuses on adult life-threatening medical and surgical conditions with integrated care and telehealth support. Ideal candidates have a current RN license, BLS, and ICU experience.

Qualifications

Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher preferred.
BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS as needed.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
Develop and revise plans of care with multidisciplinary team.
Coordinate care and supervise nursing staff as assigned.
Document care and patient response accurately in records.
Promote evidence-based practice and safety through continuous improvement.
