OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across diverse, acute care settings. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs/UAPs per policy. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care within a high reliability organization framework.

Shift is variable in a 24/7 department (Icu). Requires Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN within 5 years of employment.

Formación

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio (or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments
• Document interventions and outcomes within the care plan
• Lead process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction
• Operate within a 24/7/365 department under high reliability standards
