OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care in an ICU setting. The RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the continuum of acute care.

The role requires an Ohio RN license (or multi-state compact), BLS certification, and BSN consideration after five years of employment. Shifts are variable within a 24/7 department, with a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assess/diagnose and provide nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care.
• Document planned nursing interventions and outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans accordingly.
