Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and plan nursing care.
• Identify and document expected outcomes and plans.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and revise care plans.
• Participate in process improvements to improve quality and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care.
